Requirements
There are a few requirements in order to follow our legal offshore staffing concept.
There has to be a client and supplier relation. This means, that you need to either have an employeer or a company outside of Thailand, whom can become our client.
Furthermore, you need to be educated and work within one of the following fields:
- Developement
- Graphic design
- Digital marketing
- Customer service
- Sales
If you are able to meet these requirements, we can can make a unmanaged offshore staffing agreement and provide you with a Non-B visa and a Work Permit. Find more details about our EOR Services in Thailand here.

FAQ
How will I get my salary ?
Each month, we will invoice your employer or the the company outside of Thailand who will become our client. The invoice is equal to your salary + our fee.
First, we deduct our fee. From the remaining amount, we then deduct tax, before transferring it to your account as registered salary through our payroll system.
Will I be working for you?
Yes, you will be employed by us on paper.
The employer or company outside of Thailand that we will invoice, will become our client. We will employ you to maintain this client.
Is the contract binding?
The contract is not binding. But we require a 3-month termination period and a 20,000 Baht deposit. In case you won’t follow the contract and the termination period, we will keep your deposit.
We will return your deposit if both parties follow the contract and the 3 months termination period.
Do I have to live in Chiang Mai?
No, you don’t have to live in Chiang Mai, but immigration laws requires you to show up personally during the visa process and sometimes at 90-report renewal. So you should expect to travel to Chiang mai once in a while, if you don’t live here.
How much is the income tax in Thailand?
The income tax in Thailand depends on your yearly salary.
Thailand has a progressive income tax model and below is the latest update from 2023.

Is there a minimum income requirement?
Yes, for expats living and working in Thailand, the minimum salary requirement is 50,000 Baht.
However, there are exceptions for some positions. Reach out to us for more details.
Is there any initial cost?
There is a deposit, but it is returned if the collaboration ends, as long as the termination period is fulfilled.
